General Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop www.tamnt.de.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order.
The customer can add the desired products to the shopping cart and review and correct their details before submitting the order.
By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase agreement.
An automatically sent confirmation of receipt of the order initially merely confirms receipt of the order.
The purchase agreement is concluded as soon as we expressly accept the order, send a shipping confirmation, or ship the goods.
§ 3 Contract Language and Storage
The language available for concluding the contract is German.
The order data will be stored within the limits of legal and technical possibilities.
After placing the order, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation containing the essential order data.
§ 4 Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are stated in euros.
Additional shipping costs will be clearly displayed before completing the order.
§ 5 Payment
The payment methods displayed at checkout are available.
Unless otherwise stated for the selected payment method, the purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract.
Payment processing may be carried out via external payment service providers.
§ 6 Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
The currently applicable estimated delivery time is stated on the product page or during the ordering process.
If an order contains multiple products, individual items may be shipped separately.
§ 7 Retention of Title
Until full payment has been received, the delivered goods remain our property.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
Details are set out in our separate withdrawal policy.
§ 9 Warranty
The statutory rights regarding liability for defects apply to the goods offered.

§ 10 Liability
We are liable under statutory provisions for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Otherwise, statutory liability provisions apply.
§ 11 Consumer Dispute Resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
§ 12 Applicable Law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not deprive them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
§ 13 Final Provisions
Should any individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the statutory provisions and the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
